About the company

A development company built for Maricopa

We identify opportunities, develop properties, create destinations and build environments designed to strengthen communities and generate long term economic value.

Our story

Development that starts with the community

Blaze Development was formed to address a straightforward gap. Maricopa, Arizona is one of the fastest growing communities in the region, and growth of that speed requires places for people to live, gather, learn, play and celebrate.

We began with a community and event destination because gathering space is the most immediate need a growing city feels. That asset now anchors a broader pipeline that includes recreation, arts and culture, housing and mixed use development.

Every project is underwritten with the same question. Does it create durable value for residents, for partners and for the long term health of the city?

Building the places where communities live, connect, create, celebrate and grow.

Geographic focus

Maricopa, Arizona and the surrounding Pinal County growth corridor, with selective opportunities across the greater Phoenix metropolitan region.
